“Why Do I Keep Doing This?”
When Relationships Start Feeling Like the Same Story on Repeat
Trauma therapy in Texas for adults navigating anxiety, attachment patterns, and emotional overload.
When Self-Awareness Isn’t Enough to Change the Pattern
You may find yourself overthinking conversations or decisions, feeling anxious even when life seems to be going well, or repeating the same relationship patterns. At times, there may also be a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself and exhaustion from trying to keep everything together.
Trauma can happen from big events like abuse or accidents, known as "Big T" trauma. But it can also come from quieter things, like moving to a new country, going through a tough divorce, or living in a home where life felt unstable. When these situations are too much to handle, your body and mind find ways to cope and survive.
These experiences are more common than you might think and often have deeper roots in trauma, stress, or past experiences. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and begin creating meaningful change.
In therapy, we work together to:
✔ understand the patterns shaping your emotions and relationships
✔ build tools to regulate your nervous system
✔ reconnect with who you are and where you want to go
✔ create meaningful, lasting change
Healing doesn’t mean erasing your past. It means developing new ways to understand yourself and move forward.
Hello! I’m Taylin.
I work with adults in Texas navigating anxiety, trauma, and recurring relationship patterns. In therapy, we explore how past experiences shape the way you think, feel, and connect with others. My approach focuses on helping you understand patterns that contribute to your distress while developing practical tools to address root causes, steady the nervous system, and respond more thoughtfully in difficult moments.
My work is practical and focused on real-life change. You’ll learn tools you can use outside the therapy room — grounding exercises, ways to pause instead of reacting, and strategies to manage racing thoughts when anxiety shows up. Over time, you’ll build a toolkit to help you navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults throughout Texas through virtual sessions. My goal is to create a space that feels less clinical and more curious, supportive, and relaxed — where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and reconnect with yourself.
