Rather than jumping ahead to solutions, I meet you where you're at. I know you've run through potential solutions in your head already. I help you move deeper and figure out where your problems come from, identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and help you make changes when you're ready. Together, we'll explore how your background and experiences have shaped you.
