Meet your Therapist!Taylin D. Ramirez, MS
LPC-Associate
Supervised by Carissa Cano, LPC-S
Do you sometimes feel like you’ve lost sight of who you are? Life, anxiety, and even health challenges have made it hard to recognize yourself. Fatigue, anxiety, and disconnect weren’t the “norm,”…but those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I help adults seeking hope and a positive future beyond their struggles. Together, we'll build confidence, find peace, and strive for fulfillment by understanding yourself and your situation. We'll identify stressors affecting your life and work on communication, behavior, and thinking skills tailored to you, so you can rise above your circumstances.
When we work together, you’ll have a therapist who really understands what you’re facing because I’ve been there too.
I have the expertise to help you manage chronic illness, medical trauma, or major life changes. More importantly, I truly understand what you’re going through. I’ve faced the challenges of the healthcare system and the weight of medical diagnoses myself, both as a caregiver and a patient. I get the fatigue, distrust, and struggle to be heard.
A little more about me...In my free time, I love to take walks with my endearingly co-dependent Schnoodle, Alex Lee. I go camping in my trusty camper, Kermit, a green tear-drop trailer. I also enjoy traveling abroad to visit friends, and I dream of owning a home in Normandy, France. My favorite hobbies include cooking, listening to true crime podcasts, photography, and reading. Finally, I am a firm believer that piñatas are appropriate at any age, and my parents still get me one on my birthday.
